I ordered some merchandise last October and I've never received it. I've sent several emails with no response. Can You please help me??? I have all the info-I'll wait for a response.

I ordered the full zip hoodie back on Nov 11th. I paid via PayPal and my email addy is bootsyfire@yahoo.com I sent an email on 11/24 to lovehammers13@aol.com, as I had not received anything and was told that they were waiting on the skullcaps, and that all orders were being shipped in a day or two. When I didn't receive my hoodie, I sent another email on 12/2 and again on 12/11 to lovehammers13@aol.com. I have received no response to either of these emails. I live in the Indianapolis area, so ship time should be minimal. Is there any way you can find out what the problem is? I was looking forward to having my hoodie by Christmas I also mentioned the missing hoodie when I sent my mailing address for the 4 Hammerfest tickets I purchased. I realize it's a very busy time of year, but I really really want my hoodie or at least an idea of when I can expect it.
