From what I remember from the set list: Hold On SAAA Velvet Eyes Can't See Riddle/Yes It Do ( I can never remember what title they are using this year for that song) Trees Driving Blind Is that right? I know I was just a jumping around, HY's reception is GREAT here lately! And yes, I heard more laughing than I did screams this show. Was great!!!!!! Can't wait to hear the rest of the review my HY!

Nancy, I'm glad you remembered the songs from the Cellcert. I totally forgot Velvet and I thought they did Tunnel instead of Riddle! They started with Hold On. And Marty mentioned how this song has come to represent Craig Rife. He was so intense while he sang this song, it nearly had me in tears. He also changed a verse a bit: It all started on that day That your best friend passed away I can't believe what's happened to you in one year, one year
All the hours of tears I cry Beautifully they stain My face I can't believe what happened to you in one year, one year
During SAAA Marty came out into the crowd - literally over me!!!!!!! His mike cord got tangled up under a stand and he couldn't get too far. I kept trying to move over a bit so he wouldn't trip over me. In between songs they were cracking jokes and telling stories. Marty talked about how Chris Steinmetz (the producer of Acoustic Chicago) come through for them when they had to hurry and put MCLH together. Marty was in LA and Epic wanted the guys to come out overnight and be ready in the morning to start recording. There was no way they could do it that fast, so Chris got the recording studio and the guys went there and recording all the tracks so that Marty could just lay down the vocals. I don't remember what brought it up, but Dino mentioned how he didn't have feeling in his hand for something they were working on, and all the guys started calling him out saying he used that excuse for everything! Lots of hilarity ensued! ;D ;D ;D NancyBBE related a couple of other stories at LH.com, I won't repeat them here. They sang 4 or 5 songs then took a break. When they came back, they played Driving Blind - which is an absolutely amazing song! I can't wait until the album comes out. Chris said he hoped to have it out by the end of summer! Then they played Trees and that was it. I had to leave pretty quickly, since I had a long drive back and had to work in the morning. Otherwise, I would have tried to stay and see if the guys were going to come out. Pics will follow shortly.

Oh, a bit of an aside.
Between the first artists, Kari (Deb) from the org and I went out to see if we could find the guys and get them to autograph a couple of items. Dino, Billy and Bobby were all hanging out in the reception area, talking to folks. They were happy to give their autographs and Dan Howard took them back to get Marty's autograph.
Hopefully they will be up on eBay soon - to benefit the Craig Rife fund. You will see a future announcement about this.

Now for the pics.
The first part of the show I was taking pics without a flash. They had said they did not want any flash photography during the show. Unfortunately, with my camera, I can't really get great photos inside without a flash - doesn't stop action very well. So some of the first pics are a little blurry and have a red tinge. But then when Marty came out into the crowd, everyone started taking pics, so I figured I would just ahead and use the flash. So later ones came out better.
